Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns requested after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.
Eligibility
- ✦Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- ✦Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return (unless defective).
- ✦Damaged or defective items are eligible for a full refund or replacement — no questions asked.
How to Start a Return
Email us at team@glass-glow.madethis.app with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
